How on earth do you hit anything with Ostwind?
I seem uncapable to hit a plane unless it flies directly towards me.
How do you tell at a distance if your shells go below or above and how much lead to pull?
With M16 I have more success because of much shorter range I try shooting at, but Ostwind is a complete mistery to me.
What are the reasonable ranges at which to shoot from M16 and Ostwind? How to aim them? Please share the experience.
I suspect a much more complex gunsight would help here with explanations how to use it. In compensation the turret rotation rates could be brought to more realistic levels.

Keep practicing. It helps if you are handy with a shotgun. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

HT, could we have a shotgun in AH? Maybe some deer in addition to the sheep?
Call it "Aces High - Deer Hunter". Should be a great success judging by the sales numbers.
There is not a single on-line Deer Hunting game yet? Here is your chance to make money. And the "fear of death solution" - any pilot shot down has to play a turn as a deer before getting another plane (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
Did I just write that? What the hell was in that drink!?

Make the shot down pilots take a turn as a sheep and you'll have guys augering all over the place...

miko, your direction is not so far-fetched when you consider the difference in fidelity between the AH ground model (and its real life counterpart) and the air sim model (and its real life counterpart).
