logical and curved towards usage/effectiveness
most of the 15 OBJ aircraft carry smaller payloads than the uber american jabo's while others quite vulnerable when in ground attack mode.
increases in aircraft ENY values reflect their disuse and effectiveness levels.
the perk point levels for some aircraft are a bit off kilter currently. I've only included aircraft in this list that I wish to see altered pointwise.

I'm still trying to figure out why the Tempest is 8 times better in perk points than the F4U-C. Rotating plane sets have more appeal to me than the perk system.

Have been trying to stick with the F6 and i gotta say the ENY value is WAAAAAAY off with this plane.
I gotta agree with you Cit it is time these were looked into and adjusted accordingly.
Currently there is not much of an incentive for people to experiment or persevere with the F6 especially. I am sure this also applies to some of the other aircraft you listed.
