Title: ANTIVIRUS HELP!!!!

I'm tryin to download AH but i know that i have viruses or malware ....or somthing im not a computer kind a guy so i dont know much im thinking about getting NORTON 360 but i hear that its bad but i'm desperate because i REALLY wanna know if my comp is safe so please help me out is NORTON good or not if not what can i get for all around protection please and thank you

Try downloading AVG anti-virus  and Spybot Search and Destroy.  Both are free programs, and should find and delete any malicious viruses/spyware that you have on your pc/laptop.

ive heard from to many people that norton noodles there system up.

i use.

Just be sure to turn em all off when you boot up AH or you risk an unpleasant trip to the desktop in the middle of a fight.

If you can invest in Anti-Virus protection I would recommend ESET NOD32 Anti-Virus.

If you can, please invest in the following:

Anti-Virus: NOD32

Anti-Spyware: Ad-Aware 2007
http://www.lavasoft.com/

Anti-Rootkit: AVG Anti-Rootkit Free
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/AVG-Anti-Rootkit.shtml


Also, just to make sure the AV isn't missing anything. Perform a periodical free online scan here:
http://safety.live.com

You must use Internet Explorer to launch the scan.
