ok, this has been bouncing around in my brain for few days, figured I'd let it out and run wild...

an alien race has arrived to our planet and needs to determine if we are worthy of their help and technology or just passing us by.  To help them decide whether or not to help us, they want us to give them;

Do we have to print the books and dub the movie in their language plus pay for their health care and childrens education?
If so they can take thier donut back across the cosmic river empty handed.
