Title: do vehicles even use fuel?

i know most of us don't go far enough for it to move the fuel gauge but if we traveled 200 miles would it move at all?

GVs never use fuel. they will never use fuel till one day HTC puts a refueler in this game. dont think that will ever happen so just leave all your gvs on 25% fuel so when they pork the fields fuel and you try to get out of the VH before they drop it you will not get the message too much fuel.
