Pyro, I have been playing sims for twenty years (AW camp 2). I'm pushing 50 years old. It's insulting to ask me to pretend I am not seeing more nonsense in the main arenas lately. With all respect your insinuation of paranoia risks whithering sarcasm. Save that for the fanboys.

Maybe that's why he said to film it and send it in so they can review it. The films also records details that will allow them to determine if a player is possibly using a 3rd party program or modifying the client. As for that hack you saw on YouTube, it's old news and I can guarantee you that HTC has security measures in place to detect hacks. How do I know they do? Because unfortunately, a former squadron member was caught using a cheat that was detected and thankfully banned as a result.
The other assertion you have about them reducing lethality to control game play doesn't help your cause any as that just smacks of paranoid 'conspiracy' ranting since it's clearly not true.

I'm just curious how you think this is productive. You really think HTC doesent detect when a change to their code is made?

Accusations of cheating are to be investigated internally and not decided in the court of public opinion. People throwing around accusations of cheating is just as much a threat to the well being of the game as cheating is. That is why our policy is the way it is.
