Title: Mission Issues while running in game

When multiple flights are defined for a mission the user is always spawned at the spawn point of the first flight listed.

Yeah, I listed that in my bug report thread.  Hopefully that will be fixed as it really hinders taking off from different bases, which is important in some missions.
