The beacon light (the indicator which warns you of dropped packets) is off in a little corner of the instrument panel where I often overlook it.
When I'm hot on someone's 6, I often don't pay attention to it at all, and after killing the guy, have his wingmate or my victim squeaking long and loud how I was warping all over the damn place.
Is it possible to have a beacon indication do the following more obvious things:
1) Flash a message/change gunsight color right in front of you?
2) Jam the guns.
3) Make a beep noise. Yes, if you're connection is bad, that beep is going to get real annoying. But your warping all over the place is real annoying to everyone else, so let's even the playing field eh? (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
