And we're going back tomorrow.
Sarah lost the twins over the weekend at 10 weeks.
I'm still kind of in shock, we've been here before, but it's taken us 2 years this time to get pregnant. I really do not know if Sarah can risk it again considering her health issues :(
Just sayin' all, If you ever get 'em cherish them.:salute.

Sorry to hear this SD :(
A friend of mine had this happen to them two years ago but thankfully they are now pregnant again. They had been trying for several years before they finally scored so it was a tough blow. Dont give up and keep trying ;) unless the doctor sais no. There are other ways to get kids and you will love em just the same :)

Man, really, really- sorry for you guys. For what it's worth, my prayers are with you. Genuinely.

We lost our first at about 16 weeks, then it took us over 2 years to get our twin boys...we just figure that our first baby just wasn't mean't to be then so thats why we got 2 the next time around because he was ready to be a part of our family.
Just support your wife the best you can and who knows what the future holds

Oh man... :(
I'm sorry to hear that. Don't try to read anything into it; babies are just risky business. God or fate are not against you. It seems like most couples lose at least one; some lose many. I'm sure that doesn't make it hurt any less but understand that you are not alone. I'm sorry to hear that you wife has health risks. I couldn't count how many people I know who've had a rough time.
My wife also was high risk but we didn't realize what the problem was until the third birth/C-section. Her rare condition would have killed her and the baby 100 years ago, probably even 50 years ago. Modern medicine saved them both but her uterus was destroyed in the process.
My prayers are with you all. Life gets better...

Really sorry SD. It is terrible that bad things happen to good people. I know exactly how you feel, although I don't expect that to make you feel better. Stacy and I went through this and it took us almost 10 years to have kids. I know you said Sarah might not be able to continue but if she can, I hope you get to try again. 10 years of heartbreak, and our 4 toddlers make it all worth while. I hope you get to a similar happy ending.
*prayers*

I got it. Thanks K :salute
Thank you all :salute. It means a lot to us.
Sarah had her D&C today and she's resting. I've taken some time off work to help her out.
Brianna is busy keeping us distracted so it's not all bad. Kids have an uncanny ability to keep you focused on what's really important. :)

My sincerest condolences. I can tell you from experience it is something you will never get completely over. My wife and I lost twins too. I think about them often. They lived for a little bit. My wife, ex-wife now, will cry when she hears these type of stories.
Eventually we had 3 great kids. They are 25, 26 and 31. The 31 year old was born premature and at first were not going to have any more than the first one.
Godbless and pray often for strength.
