Title: Vech Spawning Points
Post by: SkyVon on January 02, 2001, 11:34:00 AM
The vech spawning points are WAY too far from their nearest objective.  On the larger islands, your looking at best a 1 hr drive in a panzer to reach your intended target.  I know...I tried it.

Please take another look at the vech spawn points and move them closer to their intended target/base.  Like they were in your past maps.

make the spawn points just a bit further than the beta maps.

put spawn points on every base for pt boats vehicles etc.

spawn points to cities, other bases. sea lanes etc.

such a great part of the game and its absent in this terrain.

I agree.  Earlier versions they added the spawn points on the next release, let's see if they add more spawn points to the next release for this terrain...

Great idea Cit.  I was demo'ing AH yesterday and we couldn't find one fight for the PT boats, since P fields are too far away from anything to be useful and all the CV's were out of action in the north...

Yes, we need more PT boat action.  Put a dock at every shoreline field, then PT boats can be used for defense when the carrier group comes to call.
