1: Streack Multiplier
Would be nice to have a multiplier on points for those who manage to increase theyr streack. There's no difference calculating points for those who get killed every sortie and for those who work on theyr SA and manage to land allways theyr kill.
The multiplier "K" would increase, increasing the streack (kills without being murdered) This would maybe decrease the kamikaze way of some players allowing however anyone to fly as he wish.
2: Ground Artillery
A GV (could be the M16 tracting a 115 or 150mm) artillery cannon. In these times there was no Artillery vehicles, or if you prefer not a great number has been produced, otherwise it's not the same for tracted artillery. It could be done letting M16 or any Halftrack "load" instead of cargo or troops the cannon.
When in target range park the the Vehicle with the cannon in the target direction. The time to place the cannon would take maybe some minutes (same as prepare it to moove) and then work as for ship artillery (land model) or as direct fire.
3: Train Artillery
I have to think well how to manage the trains and how let them get "captured" (could work like CVs, but instead of ports there would be stations). The trains should be equipped with the long range "Berta" cannon
4: increase of warships
In Ah we have nice convoys of CV (carrier) escorted by DD (Destroyers) and CA (Cruiser). It would be nice and increase shipwar strategy to add indipendent battleship class V (like King George or Bismark).

imho 1 shouldn't give much work to implement and the 2 maybe also not...otherwise 3 and 4 hide a lot of work :rolleyes:

1) No. I do not think that there should be any increased rewards for extending a streak of kills. Perk-farmers and score potatos are bad enough with the tools that they have now.
2) Yes. Great idea!
3) Yes. Great idea!
4) Yes. An idea that I have seen put forth before, but definitely a good one for the game.

#3 is a good idea. It makes trains deadlier then they are. They're already AA guns on trains, I could see them putting manned artillery on trains.

I like #1! It would make you more cautious of the suroundings as you try and rack up as many kills as possible.

#1 is probably the most unpopular wish possible, not that I wouldn't benefit from it. :devil I guess you haven't heard all of the shrieking and gnashing of teeth over pilots who don't fight to the death every sortie. :lol

WHat's a perk farmer?
As far it was in IRL the task of the air fight was above all to survive and not to get kills, from those who was surviving there was some who managed to land kills (Aces).
I personally don't need the streack multiplicator, I will anyway and allways work on my streack instead of the number of kills, but maybe to implement such setup more peaple would fly smart and we wouldn't see (or maybe we would see less) scores like 800 sorties 750 death and 1000 kills ;)
Anyway all good idea have a back side, and where many enjoy the benefits of new ideas...some they misuse it..but who cares, if somone want to collect million of perks...if it mak him happy..who cares, what's important is that everyone must have fun, and I don't see how streack moltiplicator would ruin the fun of someone.
Anyone's free to fly what he wish, how an where he want, I just wrote an idea :salute

I just ordered a book from the national army library, Switzerland has a long artillery tradition (i'm artillery officier), and there are most example we could use from 1928 till '60 with all detailed informations.
p.s. I would love to see/lead a coordinated air/ground attack with some artilley battery, close tank cover, and great ground incursions with artillery cover and finally we would use the jeep as scout/fire director giving fire corrections...wow!

Think if we would have shenarios with sea war with actual CV convoy but with those sea beauty together!

I see the difficulty such update would have, since you have not only to update trains, but add stations, give it rail ways trow all countryes keeping it balanced, but it would be very nice and add some more possibilities on attack strategy. (btw trains where used to transport troops and vehicles too...) :D

Having Battleship taskgroups would help with base taking. You would have to use a staging area for the attack instead of newbs just upping and giving the location away :mad:

Everybody try to kill, so the skill is not being killed ;)
I fight till I have ammo, I hate to have to rtb while I still have ammo :)

There are already some players who, as soon they know my flight area, pop up and chase me, you can do the same ;)
