can someone please help?

Stop the film where you need it. Hit print screen on your keyboard then go to paint and past it. You can then edit it better in photo shop.

You can put it right into PhotoShop or GIMP if you want to, don't need to use Paint as a middleman.

umm im sorry im so clueless but i do not really know how to get it to gimp. :uhoh
-
Press Prnt Scrn on your keyboard, then open Gimp/Photoshop, open a new image, and press Ctrl V.

i used gimp and i saved but i can't upload it to photoshop. it says "invalied file type". i saved it in pictures but it will not upload.any suggestions?
-
Well if its a GIMP only file, you can't use it in photoshop. If your going to use photoshop, just paste it right into there.
-
sorry i meant upload it to PHOTOBUCKET sorry for the confusion
-
you need to save it as a .jpg, .bmp or any of the other pic filetypes - suggest .jpg for ease of use. You can then upload it to photobucket.

If you want to save the quality nicely, use .png, uploads fast too.
