Ok, just curious, can anyone explain how i can take off the text box, and all the stuff on the screen after i get the screen shot?

Dunno for sure, but perhaps rolling film and then using the film viewer to get the exact shot/angle is best.  You should then be able to take a screenshot from that.

BigBOB, you need to record it with film, then go to film, find the shot and selected planes, hit F3 and adjust it accordingly, then there will be a button that  says 'Full Screen' press that and bring it up, then press your screen shot button (Alt-prtscrn) and make sure your mouse is out of the way. Then open up Paint, and press Ctrl-V, and save it. If you have any questions, bring em by.
