You would be much better off programming everything through Aces High.

Can you program the toe brakes through AH II? I have tried and it doesn't show the toe brakes in the joystick mapping.

Yes.   Push them forward twice (each one for both R & L) and it should pop up on the screen.   Click ok.

Rudders and brakes should always be ran thru AH. I'll go even further and say throttles and stick axis's should be also.

With my X-52 I even run Hat-1 views thru AH and I just map up and down to buttons on my throttle thru my Saitek SST software. It makes it very easy to look left, look left up, or look left down...ect I wouldnt be surprised if CH software is no different.

Wing,

If you select rudder in AH in the map controllers window, It will be the top 2 axis above ruder (Yaw).

I have all CH gear; Fighterstick USB, Pro Throttle USB and Pro Pedals USB...all plugged into external powered USB hub.  I program everything in AH2 and have never used the CH software.  Have never had any problems getting any function set to any button I wanted.

Wing if you want give me your email and I can email you my CH control manager map.  It has the toe brakes already programmed.  You can just look at how its done and do it to yours probably easier than explaining or you can just my map.

I USED to just run everything through AH............

I have all CH gear, throt, stick and peds.

Started having a problem getting FULL throttle!

Tried recalibrating AH ....

NOPE no go could not get full throttle.

So I CALIBRATE in the ch control manager and if a button on my stick needs to be set up special I do that in the CM.

Then I calibrate in AH when I first log on..........

Now everything works correctly.

I didn't have the pedals set up for the CM device 2. Works great now :)
