The neutral ground to my house was broken day before yesterday . Every electronic device in my home was ruined . I have 700 - 800 dollars to spend on a new pc . Would like to build one . Need advice . It has been about 7 years since I put one together for myself . I will be going to a store in Portland Eugene or Salem Oregon . Online purchase not an option at the moment . So a list of various parts would be welcome .

Follow what Baldegle said and then go to NewEgg and price shop. Take those prices to the stores you will be buying from.
