Title: Sons of Anarchy
Post by: sunfan1121 on September 08, 2008, 03:27:14 AM: Anyone watch that show last night on FX? Wasn't bad, plenty of guns and gore. Doesn't get much better than that.

I am not getting FX at the current time and have been wondering about the show and if it was worth getting FX for.
I`m just assuming that it will be just as hokey and mucked up as everything done so far pertaining to MCs.
One can dream though. ;)

It is gritty, and i find it a refreshing change from the shows (I use the term loosely) that the wife likes to watch ....namely prison break :huh. I mean how many times are those 2 bozos gonna get caught and THEN escape!!

FX is worth getting just for "The Shield".

But yes, the pilot was on Wed, September 3rd. Well worth it.

Fantastic show. Muuuuuuch better than what I was expecting.

Not quite HBOs "Rome" but better than 90% of what you find on the tube these days. I look forward to the next episode.

Well so far in the first episode you find out they run guns, and have already killed some rivals.

It's not that they killed there rivals, but how they do it that makes this show great. I mean common a stick of dynamite up the arse.

Yeah, that was a great part, and Ron Perlman is amazing in this show. I hope the show is a hit and on for many more years, as I & others have said, this show, atleast so far, is worth getting FX for.

From what I saw in the shows Jackal, they didn't have pink and white streamers coming out of the handle bar grips, and not one baseball playing card hitting the wheel spokes. So probably not what you expected
