in late October with obamaman and joe double digits behind in all the polls headed for certain defeat, the dems get the bright idea of switchin out joe for billary -one way or another .. family emergency, health reasons, nervous breakdown, bad brakes ....

is that legal?

or maybe the democratic party is "stratigising" (new word!) based on the palin effect.
If that is the case, Obama is just a puppet of the party.
