A strategic system that means something to gameplay.
Cities > Fuel > Ammo > Ord > Ack > Barracks > Radar > Armor Factory > Plane 1 > Plane 2 > Plane 3 (those being the planes most picked the previous tour) Similar to Air Warrior's Spit Factory.
Barracks like we used to have them: 1 on small and med airfields, and 2 on large airfield.
Players can pork fuel to 25% like we used to.
Resupply via ground and land made possible and practiable during the creation of maps
Maps builders who model their work on countries and regions that saw action in WW2.
An arena where the objective of winning the war is backed up by forethought in map building and arena enviroment.

This is what I wish would happen... I wish that strat targets can be more valuable so people may find an interest in defending them.
I also like the idea of bridges that can be destroyed. It makes map a bit more tactical.
I like your idea. Its a mix of the AvA, MA and SEA. Maybe simply call it the "war" arena.

If it was glorious and have constant DGS like action I would completely agree, but I just see this turning into a place where porkers and score potatos would prosper.
So make it so there is no score in that arena, and it would be fantastic.

Der Grosse Schlag, an Aces High scenario. The action never stopped. After you fought off one squad of 190s or 109s, you'd get back to alt and encounter another.
