Title: Sound breaking up

My squadies and I are getting a lot of breaking up when we talk on channel. What is happening there? When we switch to ventrilo everyone sounds great.

The last two days has been a strain on the internet near Dallas Im guessing. Online there has been lag and at least one server dump that I witnessed.

you need to switch your sound from direct sound to wave or vise versa. next time you need to do the opposite in ventrillo. I run teamspeak and the same thing happens. I happened to just switch it and it worked fine. Next  aces high restart same thing. I went back to the opposite. such as:

right now you on direct sound. start game and switch to wave in ventrillo. next time restart game and go fro wave to direct sound. I have no idea why this happens but i just did a random thing and it works.

He's not complaining about his own sound transmissions. He's complaining about his squadron's transmissions.
