Title: Where/Who is the C in C for the Allies for European meet 21 September

My squad want to fly as a squad and get our own Spitfire/ Hurri squadron in the European event. We should be able to put up around 10-12 pilots.

Do we have a C in C (Commander in chief) allies yet  ?
