Er.... They were flown in Canada? Or the pilots were from the areas you mention for each skin?

The pilots were from Canada, he lists the location in England too (I bolded them above).

Yeah, the Canadian locales are the places the pilots hailed from, some Spits were in Canada at the time but were PR versions used mostly for mapping. Home defense was offered by Hurris instead.
