Title: Screen goes black, need to tab/alt out

My screen goes black and i have to tab/alt out to desktop and back to see game again. As I understand, I'm not the only one.

I've been using wide screen support btw.

I also posted about this and have had the same problem... I have done a full reinstall of the game and it seemed to help for a week or 2 but then its back with a vengeance lately. any time you go to the graphics page and hit OK it goes black and the game stays black until a system resore is done or a full re install is done.

 i also have had this problem on more than one occasion :mad: having to system restore my computer or reinstall the game seems to happen when you alter the graphic detail in game.which is rather annoying and time wasting this never occured before the newer version of ah came out

if it happens again, just delete the "video.cfg" file in the AH folder. It will default to original settings. System restore can do strange things to the game.
