What are your predictions? The typical bellybutton kicking by the Euro's or will the United States come together without Tiger and grind out a victory?

US off to a great start. Phil tried to diddly it all up Phil-style but they made a great comeback. I don't know what the hell Furyk was thinking trying to knock it on 18 after Perry hit it in the hazard. From a good lie in the fairway he couldn't have gotten it over that bunker on the fly from 250... instead he tries it from in the rough with the ball a foot below his feet? There was no other place that ball could have ended up than barely in the bunker, dead. Except he coulda hit it even worse and not even cleared the hazard.
There was no guarantee the Euro's would make a birdie... he should have hit a hybrid left and given Perry a pitch shot from 50 yards or so from a good angle into the hole. They probably make 5 if he does that, Perry being the great ballstriker he is would have gotten it inside 5 feet. Then the Euro's would have to get up and in for four, which they didn't... sweet coaching there. I was yelling at the TV.
Gave away the half. That stuff can matter hugely in the end.

US victory! WTG Furyk, Kim, Boo Weekley, JB Holmes and the whole team!

Love him or hate him, but watching Boo ride his driver off the first tee Lone Ranger style was great! Congrats US Team on a well earned victory!

I enjoyed watching it alot this year. I was actually off work Friday and spent the most of the day watching it. Euro's played great both Friday and saturday in all the matches. Poulter is a stud.
It was a big win for the U.S. team. Westwood whinning about the crowd was a bit off...but all in all I thought it was a great weekend of golf. Fantastic play by BOTH sides and great for golf.
