Title: Stick Scaling

What are some recommendations for scaling a joystick?

I fly primarily (more than 95% of the time) the P-51D.  

The stick in particular is a Logitech Wingman Force USB that a nice friend let me have (well actually it was that or he was going to smash it because the force feedback effects suck. Fortunately AH doesn't have force feedback)
