Title: country is disabled message

I've never seen it, but it should be there for the Combat Theatre.  I just changed to the wrong country (whichever one isn't flying in the CT) and now can't fly for 30 minutes.  The game should prevent stupid acts like this by saying "Sorry that country is disabled" when you try to change to it.  ;)
