Title: Game can't connect - maybe an FYI?

Skuzzy,

Last night the AH Front End couldn't really connect to the game servers. The pings were around 45ms, and entering the arena would get me a map where my country controlled all the fields for about a minute before getting booted due to a connection loss.

A traceroute pingplot shows the following:

I don't think this is something you guys have any control over, but just in case you want to see it and have thoughts, I'm listening. (BTW, this is a fresh screenshot - I have a pingplot from last night that looks the same but with hundreds of pings.)

I already have a call into my ISP.

Oddly, though the pingplot right now looks identical, I now *can* get into the arenas.

Last night was Titanic Tuesday, of course (206.16.60.41), and today I tried the early, mid, and late blue (206.16.60.39) arenas successfully.

Just a data point, and comments about this oddness are appreciated.

We had a post on our WEB page wheil we were working to move the login and game manangers to a temporary server while we update the current server.  That occured this morning. around 10:50am CST and lasted until abot 11:05am CST.

No, I was having the problem on Tuesday Night (Titanic Tuesday) at around 10:40 Pacific Time.

What you are describing would occur if the game on your computer was not able to get the arena update messages.
