It sounds like your not looking to build your own so... CLICK HERE (http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Gamer_Infinity_8000_Dream/). This is a decent rig and should run the game well. I would bump up the power supply a bit just to be sure it handles the load ok. Also, on page 3 for an extra $50 you can "down grade" :D as they call it to XP Pro. I've known a few people who have used cyber power with no complaints.

you can go to many places on the internet and find great deals on computers as low as $400. To be kinda up to date you need more than the base computer. A decent one will cost in the range of $600. Most barebones($400-$500) will come with integrated video/audio but you can add a decent video card for about $100-$150. Ram/video card will be most important issue most important. Windows xp will not recognize more than 3g ram but vista will. 2048 will be sufficient ram. Look for duo core intel or amd processors. Amd is usually less expensive. It all depends on how old the mb and processors are in the market. New technology will cost more but be more effective in the long run.
If you build your own computer, you will get the best bang for your buck but you need to get vista or windows. You can build a real good computer from $700-$1000.
hers a great buy on a base computer. The mb and processor have been around for a while but if you wanna save money $319 is good. All you need is a video card upgrade.

Hers another good deal but the power supply is a bit low. The Intel Q6600 is an awesome processorand it does have an integrated gpu and the ram is only 667 but u get 4g. Do some research money/technology depends on what you spend. With this unit all you need is an upgrade on video card and it will be a an ok computer for lets say 2-3 years

How much do you want to spend on the new computer?

Let me know I have a computer store and can almost always beat Newegg, Tiger etc etc. I have a great gaming system starting at 743.00 US. All my systems are custom configured by Chris Morrell. I world class Over Clocker.

It's an integrated video chipset (Geforce 7050) which would be terrible for any type of gaming. Though it does with an open PCI-E slot, you can build a computer with Windows on it for the same price or cheaper and it would run circles around that machine.
