Title: What happened to the perk points for resupply?

I resupplied a completely leveled A7 (medium field) the other night, then rearmed and dropped on A8's damaged town.  When I landed I noticed I had gotten a whopping 2.81 perk points.  Seems a little low for resupplying a leveled field and a  town.  I remember we used to get quite a bit more for resupplying fields, cities and towns.  Maybe we got too much then, but we definately aren't getting enough now.
