Title: cant start

i cant start game,
 even when i get in hangar the game freeze...
and at start up a piece of paper goes quickly around (login screen)

my system:
amd 2x 3,0
gf 8800 gt 512 mb ddr3
3 gb ddr 2 ram

i had installed the full game and the 1024x768 package.
