Title: Pilot wounded?

Heya all

It has happened a few times to me... I'm being pinged by a con and I'm wounded. When it happened I usualy didn't survive long enough to see what would happen so I'd like to know. What happens when you get wounded?

Are you killed after a couple of minutes?
Do you lose control of the plane?

Someone got an insight on this...

Well, in 0.46 or so I was wounded in my B-17 when a B-26 tried a HO pass, flew merrily around for the usual long ride and nothing happened. Looks like it's not implemented yet  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Bee,
Next time you're wounded, try bailing.  I think you can't open your chute when wounded, ie fall to your death.  I may be wrong though.

Azrael... you could be very right... haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary while being wounded ... that's why I asked.

When it's implemented... what can we expect from a wounded pilot? Sudden death? Less responsive controls? I realy would like to know ...
