wow.. my rep lied to me!
ohhhh... that's not nice.
-
If he did, let him know about it with a phone call, actual voice communication... tomorrow. Remember it on election day too, I am sick of liars - no matter what initial is beside their name.
-

Wow
Jesse Jackson Jr, Bobby Rush voted no - Lipinski votes the way Jackson votes - he would be out of a job if he didn't
-
WOW, three reps voted no, fouth voted yes. Well, they better not come home to kansas for while
-
I just gave mine an earful let me tell you! Notice only one Congressman from Alabama voted N? Even California wasnt that bent!
-
You guys mad they voted No, or mad at the ones that voted Yes?
-
I am mad at the ones that voted Yes.
-
I understood yours, was confused about a few of the others that replied, was hard for me to tell which side they were mad at.
-
I figured that crook Henry E. Brown, SC would vote yes. My father rebuilt a house for him about 25 years ago and he has yet to pay for the work or materials. He used his political standing to prevent it from going to court. This article (http://www.abouthenrybrown.com/2008/06/brown-spanked-over-forest-fire-only.htm) will give you an idea on what kind of person he is.
-
Mine voted "no." :aok
-
I got a kick out of watching my local news last night at 11PM, they posted the pictures of all of the Republicans here in Ga all of which voted "No", like they were some sort of criminals. After which WSB-TV went on to report how the Dems voted yes, meanwhile only two voted yes. I swear the media has really lost a grasp on who they are reporting too, I guess they think we are just fat, lazy, mindless sheep that believe all the BS they force feed us daily.

I think it's worse than that. I think THEY believe it.

Figures. I'm suspicious of any politician in SC - Good old boys who only work for themselves.

That fat idiot Barney Frank has been blasting the Republicans for voting NO on the bill. Yet, twelve democrats on his own House committee also voted no.
Several democratic committee chairs in the House voted NO, as well as about 20 junior democratic members who were up for reelection in vulnerable districts. Apparently, they had been told by Pelosi and Friends that it was safe to do so, because there were enough Republicans voting for the bill to allow it to pass anyway. In addition, several democratic majority leaders voted NO as well.
When the votes started lighting up the boards, Republicans suddenly felt the knife in their backs. They went absolutely ape, and who can blame them.
-
Niether Bush or McCain carried their states. No validation for their leadership.

Each side was supposed to come up with 50%

mad at the ones who voted yes
-
My congressman, Mike Rogers-R, Michigan was quoted in the news this morning as saying he voted no to spite Pelosi.
I sure am glad that I am represented by a deep thinking statesman type.
shamus
-
shamus... If you vote against Pelosi every time then you will have made the only smart move 99.9% of the time. It would be difficult to do a smarter thing than to simply vote against pelosi every time.

Thanks laz, never thought of that.

What I want to know is, if this was such an urgent issue, just had to get this bailout package passed before the world falls apart, the WHAT in the hell are they doing taking time off, recessed until Thursday? Give me a #$%K break, what a load of BS...
