Title: Intardnet trouble??

My friend has finally gave into the urge to play Aces High II (with a lil help from me :rock ) and he's on his 2 week trial (probably already paying, but I'm not sure.)

He has pretty good internet, not dial up, but AOL, and when I try to help him logg onto the game, it says 'TCP Not Connected' or something along those lines. He can get on the internet okay too. Could this have something to do with him not having a modem? Could it be related to the LAN connection maybe?

I think he has cable internet. (His homepage is AOL, but it might be something else)

His router is probably blocking the Aces High port(s), and AH uses like a lot of different ports.  Not sure which ones.

Did he remember to set up his firewall to allow AH?

Yes, I'm pretty sure.

It may be because he has Vista, but I dont think Vista could cause connection problems. He can only logg onto AHII for about 2 seconds.

Well, when he installed it, only thing it said Vista could really do is cause sound problems or something like that.

I'd like a lil help from Skuzzy, he definately would know more about this problem than me.
