California is experiencing what the US government will be experiencing in the near future. No one wants to finance their debt and they can't sell bonds.

Arnie really has disapointed me.. he went off the deep end and fashioned himself as some sort of environmentalist crusader.. while rome burns he hires more and more whacked out environmentalists sucking up public money.
