Title: Firefox 3
Post by: Getback on October 04, 2008, 11:47:11 AM: Okay fellers I took the bait and downloaded Firefox 3. Now the print is a tad bit harder to read. Any fixes?

Post by: wabbit on October 04, 2008, 11:54:34 AM: V3 has a feature under 'View', that allows you to set the default 'Zoom' for any web page, and it does a reasonable job of remembering the setting for that site if you go back.

You can zoom everything on the page, or by checking 'Zoom text only' zoom just the text. I use that a lot, as my tired eyes don't like small print.

Post by: AirFlyer on October 05, 2008, 02:19:06 AM: May be worth looking into ClearType if you use an LCD, it's basically AA for text but it does seem to make it sharper and clearer.

Post by: Getback on October 11, 2008, 05:56:19 PM: I have an Acer Program called Advanced Display Management. I tried loading it but it would stop at configuring setup. I thought that would help but of course the program failed. I can read everything just very well it just looks lighter.
