I have a problem with losing the connection, first flight of the day. I know what the problem is, when I have the auto recorder on, it loses connection.
Could there be a way to Fix that by any means?

You can turn off the auto-recorder. From the game clipboard (offline or online), Options->Preferences->Auto Record Sorties. Uncheck the option to turn off the auto-record.

I understand that I could do that, but is there a way to leave that on, without losing connection?

Depends on the actual cause of the dropped connection. If you have too many files in the films folder, it could cause a lot of problems, like dropped connections.

That causes dropped connections? Well that explains things. Ever since I made my 'Archives DVD' for all my Screenshots/Films my disconnect rate did seem to improve, and here i though it was mere coincidence. Good to know cleaning that out on occasion helps.

You pretty much hit the head on the nail there Skuzzy. I think I have just over 250 films, which now I know is too much.
Thanks Skuzzy.

The dropped connection is a side effect of the problem. When you get too many files in a folder, Windows gets a bit wonky due to multiple levels of redirection which causes a huge CPU hit, which causes a timeout to occur on the server connection to the game.
