Title: <CLAIM JUMPERS> Recruiting
Post by: CJ nitro on October 16, 2008, 10:25:14 PM: If you are looking for a squadron without a bunch of simulated militance and a flexible schedule this one is it. Fly when you can and have fun when you fly. We are a base taking squad (hence the name) that welcome a challenge. We operate mainly in the LW arena's and attend FSO. We do not ask you to have a certain skillset nor have a preferred planeset. Fly what you like to fly and break the other guys plane. We are usually on vox 114/115. We rotate countries once a tour this one being our first. The squadron started out a knight squadron and currently we fly for rook. The CO s Raccdog. We are a pretty democratic majority rules style of squadron. If you enjoy Shooting people down and breaking their toys with a grin come fly with us and see if you want to stay. Our squad night is currently tuesday night as that is when we can fit the most people into the arena without the CAP getting in the way. If you've ever seen the movie "Far and Away", when they camp out way ahead of the land race and raise their flag. They were "claim jumpers". It basically means shady attaining of land and I believe the term was coined for this act that was in Far and Away.

Of course I could be wrong, this has been my understanding.
