Unenforceable rule.
But I see their reasons for wanting it.

Just a damn shame people cant behave better and not let differences degrade into the flamefests they sometimes become as it does make for great and important debate.
Particularly nowadays.
Damn shame because I do miss the good arguemntss/debates.
