Rats, I didn't see it... Must have been good if it stands out, I have yet to see an episode that didn't make me laugh out loud several times. What was this one about so I can watch for it?

The scene is Stewey steals a Nazi uniform and discovers it has a McCain/Palin button on it.

As for the episode, it was good.  I probably laughed the most at the Back to the Future skateboard scene.  Otherwise it was average IMO.
