Title: Winter vs. Summer

In the old 2D WarBirds days, HiTech briefly experimented with having cold winters in the northern latitudes of the arena map, and summer in the southern sectors.

Up north, there would be snow on the ground and covering the airfields, etc.  The runways were plowed, but you landed in this white wonderland.  

It looked really kewl, but not as kewl as it would look in Aces High with the better graphics and 3D effects...and winter nighttime could be awesome with the reflections, etc.

Sounds fun but unless theres a point - say varied performance in the varied weather? More clouds etc, something to vary play - I would not put it at top of to do list.
