Using a saitek x52pro and a track ir and I just noticed into trying to reprogram that none of my keystrokes in the game are being passed on to the system IE
using ctrl f12 for track ir pause which is not used by any other standard command is not registering outside of ah2 .
Come to think of it testing a few other keys or combinations do not seem to want to get out .
Was some change made in the last couple of months ?
Vista 64 fwiw
Thanks for any guesses

I do not understand what you are talking about.

Sniv, try this:
Grab the latest Vista X52Pro drivers from www.saitekusa.com Be sure to read thru any READ ME'S prior to installing them. Besides the actual joystick drivers, the installation package will also install a series of HID drivers, which you appear to be missing. Hence the problem you're having with keystrokes and programming.
Hope that helps.

To clarify and after a bit more testing ..
I am using track ir and previously, using the hotkeys assignable by their utility I could center, pause, or switch track speed mode.I could then program the saitek controls to the hotkeys (IE ctrl f6 for example) and everything worked within Ah2 as the commands were passed on to the system.
When testing outside of AH2 it works as previously using their test screen, with the saitek controls but now it seems that we no can do the passthrough of keystokes whether it be a la saitek or manually.
The last time I used such functions was about 8 months ago using Vista32 .Since then I have only used the trackcenter command within map joystick buttons within ah2., but I have also gone to Vista 64.
I suppose in hindsight that this could be another vista security issue but I am not sure.. :huh

I had the same problem today on Vista 32 Home Premium and a NON Pro X-52.
To resolve I downloaded the most recent drives AND SST Software from the Saitek site. First I reinstalled the drivers then the SST Software. To test out side of the game I selected my game profile as I would just before playing a game and opened notepad. With the cursor in Notepad, I pulled the trigger and toggled other buttons and was able to see text in the Notepad (good sign it's working). Then went into the game and voila!
Best of luck with your situation. - I'll try to check this thread over the next couple of days to see if you still need help. Otherwise feel free to shoot me a PM
