Ok.. im not trying to repeat any post or anything..
but I love some skins some guys do out their and i know if I knew how.. i would lots of them.. (starting on the KI 84 :D) but.. i dont..
so can someone plz tell me step by step how to make a skin.. (yes ive read the thing on the Hitech site)
like step-by-step.. what programs do i use.. any tips.. anything.. i would lvoe to get started.. or better yet.. if their is another post that i cant find that give all these informations or a web that could help.. plz post..

ANy art program that has "layers" available is good Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Paint, and a free one called Gimp and good ones to ues. Check HERE (http://www.nakatomitower.com/skins/tutorial.html) for a good step by step.
