What's in my yard? I watermelon you not...A peacock. Shows up every other day. My daughter feeds it goldfish crackers and rice cakes. Likes her the most b/c of that.
Oh, I did put up a small string of jack-o-lantern lights and carved a real one. Daughter loves pointing them out to me at night.

Steeler Flag.
Although the Halloween standards are slowly starting to appear.
-
I don't have a yard, I have a balcony.
I have a Weber Grill, two tomatoe plants, a chair, Bavarian wind chime, & the US flag hanging on the wall.
-
Nothing on my porch since it's not allowed in my complex...and obviously no yard (being an apartment)
Porches in the neighborhood across the tracks are full of these though

Really? It must be a regional thing. All I have ever seen in New Hampshire is a few Garden Gnomes. They used to be more popular but then midgets got on the news and made a big deal being made fun of. Some people are just way too sensitive.
Guess the porch monkey is a southern thing. You guys have some weird tastes.

Just for fun, I put up two signs in my front yard that say"DANGER:MINE FIELD"................I think the barb wire and the two mean german shepards I have tied to the porch give it the full effect.
I leave the porch light on every year for trick or treat night, but I never seem to get any kids at my door. Has a great effect on keeping away the Jahova witness too............ :noid
