Title: Information bar

Hi...New here and have a problem.  Not sure what it is officially called but there is an information bar on the screen which relays various information about the game, who has killed who for example.  I pressed the wrong button and the bar has moved to the centre of the screen.  How do I get it to move back to the bottom?  Please help!

You can drag it with the mouse to any position.
