here is a web site i found, it has amazing and accurate 3d models of tanks

if i am not mistaken, the way i interpreted it is that you can buy the 3d packet of the tank and you can incooperate it into a game or something, i may be wrong though

Depending on what format the model is  in you could add it to a home made map as a static object via the object and terrain editor.

how ever it could only be seen by you offline or in a h2h area if you were hosting the map.

you wouldn,t be able to move them or use them as such
