During a raid in Iraq, my 4 man fire team was lined up outside the door, ready for our entry.  I was the 2nd man in our stack.  Our number 1 man, with the shotgun, blew the lock off the door and we went for it. Go! go! go!  Well, that number 1 guy with the shotty also had an AT-4 rocket launcher strapped to his back.  Lo & behold, as he rushes through the door, the AT-4 catches both sides of the doorway, sending him flying backwards into me, and me into the next guy, etc.  The four of us ended up falling onto each other backwards like dominoes. Thank God no insurgents were home at the time, as we could have all bit it with one good burst.  Of course, maybe they would have died laughing instead.  I sure am glad that one never made it to YouTube. :)
