does anyone know who the official winner was i don't remember who or it wasn't posted

Yep, it was posted.

Frame 1:  Allied decisive victory
Frame 2:  Axis decisive victory
Frame 3:  Allied decisive victory
Frame 4:  Axis minor victory

Final after all points totalled up:  Allied minor victory

So, it was quite a rollercoaster event, and frame 4 was one of the closest-fought, most-exciting frames I flew in a while.
