the knights have been down to 2 bases for nearly 3hrs now & no reset???
how about if a country is down to 2 fields (away from HQ ) for more than 2hrs just reset no winner?
it would also stop countries from padding their score by keeping one on the ropes?
just a thought.

I agree. Can't reset happen with a higher number of bases, maybe 5. Pushing a country back to 2 damaged bases is not good for gameplay.

Hi,
I posted a solution to the long term gang banging situation a while ago. It's simply this. Code in a random number of bases and a set time to force a reset. By that I mean, when a country gets down to between 5 and 1 base and is down for at least an hour the arena resets. This will keep one or two country's from just prolonging the gang banging into an extended vulch fest so they can pad their scores.

Hi all,
Although good ideas I don't think it addresses the issue...
Whats the point of giving a country a full compliment of fields to defend if they are 20 against 60 of one and 55 of the other. I have got to admit I have been logging off far to much recently because I don't find the "Target Rich Environment" is what I pay my $30 for. AH is slowly becomming less of an interest for me and if I have to admit it it is really only the community which is keeping me here at the moment.
Solutions.... I don't have any. Sorry guys.
I just know that the current "Vulch Fiest" I seem to find myself in recently isn't worth paying for anymore

Do away with the reset perk points for the country with most fields and it will help.
As soon as someone is down to a few fields the other 2 start counting fields and whoever is in the hole can count on staying there till the other two countries resolve their issues.
It sucks.

When did they put this thing in here and WTF is it for?

Why even have a reset in the MA?
How about 2 large bases, in the rear of each country which can not be captured nor hangers destroyed?
Are we are all here to dog fight and fly missions or to get perk points?

Three hours of only two bases? It was more like 8 hours (and no radar). And the day before was the same. It isn't much fun when you have no base available that isn't being vultched and you log back in the next day and its the same thing. I like your idea of a time limit, especially if combined with Maverick's idea of a randomn minimum number of bases. Human nature being what it is, I think some people are more interested in making a side suffer than in any perk points from a reset. Having the reset conditions somewhat random will limit the chances of one side running out of non-vultched bases.
Maintaining useable bases for each side is perhaps doable. But maintaining approximately equal player numbers per side is probably not doable without unpopular draconian measures- so some side is always going to be outnumbered (and yes that seems to be randomnly distributed over time).

I SAY IF A COUNTRY goes for more than two ours with 3 or less bases then a reset should automaticly occur.

Agreed 100%! Have yet to really figure out the point of resets. Understand the "winning the war" aspect, just not the merry-go-round geography. Imagine WWII... One moment USA is in North America- a major battle is won and suddenly USA is in Asia-

Additionally to my comments about no more resets.
for the perkers, perhaps adding 2 large basses (in addition to the non-capturable bases), that when they are captured, they give everyone in the gaining country 2 perk points.
These should be special bases with lots of ACK, 88s, many hangers, and several VHs.
In other words, 2 to 3 milk runners can't capture them.
These should require a large number of pilots in coordinated effort to achieve this task.

I would go to a two country setup that had free perk planes to a side that is outnumber by a 1/3 more enemy players.
