IF i spend more than say 10 seconds or so typing a message i get that.

in order to post this message i had to type a sentence, submit, come back, edit,  resubmit..  because in the time it takes me to type all of this, it times out.

That would probably be due to session cookies not being allowed to be stored on your computer.
