Dude, there are approximately 1.3 million words in the English language that contain that letters "in" adjacent to each other. Is it really that hard to come up with one of those? If you're going to be incredibly clever and humorous by posting in over and over and over, at least get it right.

It's not going to get locked only because you requested it. The new policy is going INto effect. That is, to allow verbal abuse of anyone who violates the rules. :P
