Title: Tank Throttle/Brake Control In Gunner or Commander station.

We can steer with the pedals and aim with the stick when in the gunner or commander stations.  But we can't control throttle and braking.  Please make it possible to map axes or keys to operate these controls when in the gunner and commander stations.

I'd love to see the engine mapped to throttle like in boats.

Yep, agree entirely... very frustrating now that you have to drive from the Commanders position yet have no control of the gears or acceleration/braking.

This has been asked for before, and I totally agree.

Also, I'd like to see the commander vulnerable to attack - when in the unbuttoned state, he can be killed with any gun in the game.
